Pillowhead Designs is a small, AAPI women-owned business making handmade book sleeves in Ontario, Canada! All the materials used in Pillowhead book sleeves (you can call them book pouches or book protectors too!) come from small, independent Canadian fabric stores!

Book sleeves come in two sizes:

  • Small (6.25" x 9") - fits mass market paperbacks and some paperbacks
  • Large (8" x 11.5") - fits paperbacks and some hardcovers
